Rather than try to figure out why wordpress won’t let me link to a .zip file,

I’ll just upload it here.
randyswebsite.zip

This is what happens when someone sets up a website on their home server and gives out the IP.
then you go to Firefox File > Save Page As
Then zip it up into a nice little package.
